摘  要：
研究2,4-二硝基氯苯和对硝基氯苯对斑马鱼的急性毒理学作用,结果表明,2,4-二硝基氯苯的24h、48h、72h、96h的LC50分别为0.371、0.444、0.642、0.928 mg/L,毒性为高毒;对硝基氯苯的24h、48h、72h、96h的LC50分别为33.732、29.843、28.714、25.593 mg/L,毒性为低毒。

摘  要：
Acute toxicity of 2,4-Dinitrochlorobenzene and p-Chloronitrobenzene on Brachydanio rerio without feeding were studied.The result showed that LC50 of 2,4-Dinitrochlorobenzene in 24h、48h、72h、96h was 0.371、0.444、0.642、0.928 mg/L,which belonged to high toxicity grade;LC50 of p-Chloronitrobenzene in 24h、48h、72h、96h was 33.732、29.843、28.714、25.593 mg/L,which belonged to low toxicity grade.
