摘  要:
为了探索中药萹蓄中主要药用成分杨梅苷的最佳提取条件,采用高效液相色谱法和Box-Behnken响应面法对萹蓄杨梅苷的提取工艺进行考察,筛选最佳提取条件。结果:最佳提取条件为35倍量70%乙醇,70℃下回流提取2.5 h,提取1次。结论:优化后的提取工艺稳定合理,与预测值相比误差小。

摘  要:
To optimize extraction process of myricetin from Polygonum aviculare L.,the extracting condition was optimized by HPLC and Box-Behnken response surface methodology. Results: the optimum extraction condition was extracting 1 times with 35 fold 70% ethanol under 70 ℃,2.5 h for each time. The conclusion indicated extraction process which had a little error to the predicted value was stable and reasonable.
