研究了太空搭载桔梗种子SP1代的诱变效应 ,结果发现 ,SP1代桔梗成株率和结实率明显低于对照 ,开花期延迟 1 0~ 1 2d ;株高、单株分枝数、花蕾数、单株种子重等都显著低于对照

摘  要:
Space mutation effects on SP\-1 generation of onboard satellite were studied. The results showed that percentage of plant and setting of SP 1 generation dry seed of Platycodon grandiflorum (Jacq.) A. DC.declined significantly and the blooming stage delayed about 11 days compared with the control. The plant height, ramified number and seed weight per plant of SP\-1 generation decreased markedly.
