太空搭载对百子莲SP_1代生长特性的影响

摘  要:
利用太空搭载百子莲DBH、BB、DB早花、DB大花4个品种的种子,通过盆栽试验观测其SP1代搭载效应。结果表明,搭载后DBH、DB早花的出苗率极显著提高,BB的出苗率显著提高,而DB大花的出苗率受空间条件抑制为0;BB的株高显著增高,DB早花的叶长、叶最大宽度、冠幅显著减小;BB、DBH分蘖数增加而DB早花减少,BB、DBH、DB早花的叶片、茎干、根鲜重均大于地面对照,但干重均低于地面对照。

摘  要:
The pot experiments with the spaceship-carried seeds of 4 A.africanus varieties(DBH,BB,DB Zaohua and DB Dahua)were carried out in order to study the spaceflight effect on the contemporary A.africanus.The results showed that in terms of emergence rate the DBH and DB Zaohua very significantly improved and the BB also significantly did,but the DB Dahua decreased to 0;The BB significantly increased in plant height,but the DB Zaohua significantly decreased in leaf length,maximum leaf width and crown width;The BB and DBH increased in tiller number but the DB Zaohua lowered;The BB,DBH and DB Zaohua increased in fresh leaf wt.,fresh stem wt.and fresh root wt.,but decreased in all the dry wt.
