铁皮石斛种苗不同部位抗氧化酶活性的差异

摘  要:
分析铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo)种苗根、茎、叶抗氧化酶SOD、POD、CAT的活性变化。结果表明,铁皮石斛种苗的根、茎、叶SOD酶活性大小顺序依次是茎>根>叶,POD活性大小顺序依次是根>茎>叶;而CAT活性大小顺序依次是叶>根>茎;不同部位的不同抗氧化酶的活性变化不同。推断根和茎生长过程中起抗氧化作用的关键酶是SOD与POD,而叶的生长过程中起抗氧化作用的关键酶是CAT。

摘  要:
The antioxidant enzymes SOD,POD,CAT activity of roots,stems,leaves parts of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo seedlings were analysed. The results showed that the size of SOD activity of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo seedlings root,stem and leaf parts followed by stem >root>leaf,POD activity size followed by root>stem >leaf,and CAT activity size followed by leaf>root>stem. Antioxidant activity of different enzymes in different parts were different. The key enzyme in root and stem growth process played antioxidant may be SOD and POD,but the leaves of the growth process in the antioxidant enzymes may be CAT.
