摘  要：
采用组织培养与温室栽培相结合的方法,对生产铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo)药材的阶段式培养和栽培模式进行研究。结果表明,在光照度1 500~2 000 lx,光照时间12 h/d,培养温度(25±1)℃条件下,1/2 MS+0.5 mg/L NAA+1.0 mg/L 6-BA的组合有利于铁皮石斛组培苗生长,生物量可达(4.29±0.11)g/株。组培苗10~15 cm高时,以腐殖质土为栽培土,温度23~25℃,光照条件中度遮阴(50%遮阴度),有利于铁皮石斛次生代谢产物的积累。组织培养能加快繁殖和促进试管苗生长,使生物产量快速增加;腐殖质土栽培能促进其有效成分的合成。将组织培养与腐殖质土壤栽培技术相结合,建立了铁皮石斛的阶段式培养和栽培模式。

摘  要：
The staged training and cultivation mode of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo was studied with the combination of tissue culture and greenhouse cultivation. The results showed that under the condition of the light intensity 1500~2 000 lx,irradiation time 12 h / d, culture temperature(25±1) ℃, 1 / 2 MS+0.5 mg / L NAA+1.0 mg / L 6-BA was better for tissue culture seedlings of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo to grow. The biomass growth reached as high as(4.29±0.11) g per plant.When the height of tissue culture seedlings was 10~15 cm, using the humus soil as cultivated soil, temperature 23~25 ℃,light intensity 50% full light was conducive to the accumulation of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo secondary metabolite.Tissue culture could accelerate the reproduction and promote the growth of plantlets, increase the biomass rapidly. Humus soil cultivation can promote the synthesis of effective components. The staged training and cultivation mode of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo was established by combining the tissue culture with humus soil cultivation technology.
