日粮中添加半胱胺对兴国灰鹅生产性能及胴体品质的影响

摘  要:
在1日龄兴国灰鹅的日粮中添加100mg/kg的半胱胺,饲喂9周。试验结果:与对照组相比,试验组鹅体重提高了8.3%,饲料转化效率提高了9.5%,且差异显著(P<0.05);鹅胸肌重和后躯重分别增加10.7%和10.8%,腹脂下降10.4%,且差异极显著(P<0.01);双腿重和硬胸重分别提高了8.4%和7.9%,差异显著(P<0.05);半净膛重、全净膛重、翅重等指标试验组鹅也均有增加趋势。试验结果表明,日粮中添加半胱胺可显著地提高兴国灰鹅增重及饲料转化效率,且对胴体品质有明显的改善作用。

摘  要:
The experiment was conducted to determine the effects of cysteamine(100 mg/kg)on peformanee and carcass quality of Xingguo ash goose. The result indicated that compared with the control group,the experimental group increased significantly both in live weight and feed conversion rate(P<0.05)by 8.3% and 9.5% respectively;in carcass quality,the experimental group increased in breast muscle weight and leg muscle weight respectively by 10.7% and l0.8%,and decreased in fat by 10.4%,which showed greatly significant diferences(P<0.01);the experimental group increased in the weight of two legs and hard breast weight respectively by 8.4% and 7.9%,which showed significant differences(P<0.05);the experimental group also had an increasing tendency in semi-dressing percentage, dressing percentage,wing weight,but the diferences were not significant(P>0.05). Therefore,the performance and carcass quality could be improved by adding cysteamine(100 mg/kg)to the feed of Xingguo ash goose.
