FRW阻燃中密度纤维板的性能及其制板工艺

摘  要:
采用干法中密度纤维板的生产工艺 ,研制FRW阻燃中密度纤维板。通过正交试验 ,对其各项性能进行了测试和分析 ,以确定最佳制板工艺条件 ,同时讨论和分析了FRW阻燃剂对FRW阻燃中密度纤维板的物理力学和阻燃性能的影响。FRW阻燃中密度纤维板最佳制板工艺条件为 :胶粘剂用量 15 %、阻燃剂用量 11%、热压温度 175℃、热压时间 6 .5min。FRW阻燃中密度纤维板的物理力学性能可达到国家一级品标准 ,阻燃性能可达JISD 132 2 - 77阻燃一级标准。

摘  要:
In this paper, the physical and mechanical properties of FRW fire-retardant medium density fiberboard (MDF) by the cloy process with FRW fire retardant were researched. The effect of FRW fire retardant on physiomechanical and fire resistance of FRW fire-retardant MDF was reflected, and then, based on analysis, the optimum pressing variables of FRW fire-retardant MDF was obtained. Through experiments, the optimum pressing variables of MDF with FRW fire retardant were found: resin content is 15%, FRW fire retardant content 11%, pressing temperature 175℃,pressing time 6.5 min. The physical and mechanical properties of FRW fire-retardant MDF reach the first class of GB, and its fire-retarding properties is also the first class of JISD 1322-77.
