FRW阻燃中密度纤维板的热性能分析

摘  要:
采用热重(TG)、微商热重(DTG)和差式扫描量热(DSC)分析法,对FRW阻燃中密度纤维板和普通中密度纤维板进行了系统的热解行为研究。结果表明:FRW阻燃中密度纤维与普通中密度纤维板相比,其质量损失率明显减少而成炭率显著提高,热分解的起始温度和最大质量损失速率时对应的温度均比普通中密度纤维板有所提前,说明新型木材阻燃剂FRW促进了中密度纤维板的成炭过程,降低了板材的热分解速度,减少了可燃性挥发物的产生,从而使FRW阻燃中密度纤维板获得更好的热稳定性和优异的阻燃效果。

摘  要:
The thermo-decomposition of FRW fire-retardant Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) and untreated MDF was analysed by thermogravimetry (TG), derivative thermogravimetry (DTG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Results showed that the mass loss rate decreased and the charring rate increased for FRW fire-retardant MDF compared with untreated MDF, and the initial temperature of thermo-decomposition and the corresponding temperature of the maximum mass loss rate appeared earlier. This indicated that fire retardant FRW promoted the charring process of MDF, and made the speed of thermo-decomposition and the yield of flammable volatile of MDF decrease. Thereby, FRW fire-retardant MDF could possess better thermal stability and excellent fire-retardant effect.
