川贝母叶高效诱导愈伤组织体系的研究

摘  要:
以川贝母的叶为外植体快速诱导愈伤组织,生产出大量有效组分含量高的组织培养物,为提高川贝母植物资源利用率奠定基础。通过比较川贝母叶的不同叶龄、形态部位、接种方式和培养温度对其愈伤组织产生的影响,获得川贝母愈伤组织诱导的最佳条件。结果得出,选取生长7 d左右的叶的形态学下端为外植体,采用叶基部直接插入培养基的接种方式,在变温的条件下培养,愈伤组织的诱导率最高,为95.20%。

摘  要:
The callus was rapidly inducted with Fritillaria cirrhosa leaves as the explants,which produced a large amount of tissue culture with high content of effective components,laying foundation for expanding and improving the utilization ratio of the F.cirrhosa plant resource.Through comparing the effects of different leaf age,form parts,inoculation methods and culture temperature on the callus,the best conditions for the callus induction of Fritillaria cirrhosa were obtained.Results indicated that,the morphological bottom of the 7d leaves was chosen as the explants,which was inserted directly into the medium and then cultured under variable temperatures,the callus induction rate could reach up to 95.20%.
