川贝母新品种川贝1号多点品比试验

摘  要:
[目的]通过川贝母多点品种比较试验,优选川贝母新品系。[方法]从川贝母种质资源中系统选育获得川贝母新品系CB-1、CB-2,以现有栽培品种为对照,于2013、2014年度在甘孜州、阿坝州、宝兴县等5个点开展2年多点品种比较试验,收获后测定小区产量,用RCT99作物品种区试试验管理分析系统进行统计分析。[结果]CB-1在2年多点品比试验中表现出良好的丰产性能,比对照品种增产显著,均排名第1,且其西贝母碱含量高于对照品种,居第1。该新品系已于2014年通过田间技术鉴定,并于2015年通过四川省农作物品种审定委员会审定,品种名为川贝1号。[结论]川贝1号稳定性好、适应性强、产量高、品质佳,是国内首个通过审定的川贝母新品种,可进一步进行推广。

摘  要:
[Objective]To select a new variety of Fritillaria cirrhosa D. Don by varieties comparison test. [Method]F. cirrhosa new varieties of CB-1,CB-2 were screened by selective breeding from the abundant germplasm resources. Taking conventional variety as the control,comparison test for these new varieties was arranged in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,Aba Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and Baoxing County in Sichuan Province. Plot yields were measured after harvesting. And the data were analyzed with RCT 99 software. [Result] CB-1had the highest yield,and showed significant differences with the control,which took the first place in all varieties. Sipeimine content in CB-1was higher than the control and other varieties. This new variety of CB-1 had passed through the field identification by Sichuan Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2014 and had approved in 2015,named"Chuan Bei 1". [Conclusion]"Chuan Bei 1"has good stability and strong adaptability with high yield and superior quality. It is the first new variety of F. cirrhosa approved in China and can be cultivated and promoted.
