摘 要:
观察古方剂八珍汤对疲劳小鼠血清乳酸脱氢酶、血尿素氮、肝脏和肾脏ATP酶含量的影响,探讨其抗疲劳的作用机制。将SPF级雄性小鼠50只,随机分为空白组、模型组、八珍汤低剂量组、八珍汤中剂量组、八珍汤高剂量组。除空白对照组外,其余4组小鼠采用力竭游泳制备疲劳模型,八珍汤给药组给予不同剂量相应八珍汤0.2 mL/(10 g·d)灌胃,15 d后各组小鼠检测血清乳酸(LD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血尿素氮(BUN)含量、肝脏ATP酶、肾脏ATP酶含量,并进行比较。结果发现,与模型组比较,八珍汤高剂量组小鼠血清中乳酸脱氢酶显著升高(P<0.05);八珍汤低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组小鼠的血清血尿素氮明显降低;八珍汤中剂量组小鼠肝脏中Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-ATP酶含量显著升高(P<0.05),八珍汤中剂量组小鼠肝脏中Mg~(2+)-ATP酶、Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-ATP酶含量均显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);八珍汤中剂量组和高剂量组小鼠肾脏Mg~(2+)-ATP酶、Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-ATP酶、Na~+-K~+-ATP酶含量均显著升高。说明八珍汤通过提高疲劳小鼠血清乳酸脱氢酶、肝脏ATP酶和肾脏ATP酶的水平而发挥抗疲劳作用。

摘 要:
To observe the effects of Bazhen decoction on serum lactate dehydrogenase,blood urea nitrogen and ATPase in liver and kidney of fatigue mice,and to explore its mechanism of anti-fatigue. 50 SPF male mice were randomly divided into blank group,model group,Bazhen decoction low dose group,medium dose group and high dose group. Except the blank control group,the other four groups of mice were used to prepare fatigue model by exhaustive swimming. Bazhen decoction group was given corresponding 0.2 mL·(10 g·d)~(-1) by gavage. After 15 days,the levels of serum lactate(LD),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and ATPase in liver and kidney were detected and compared. As compared with model group:the lactate dehydrogenase in serum of mice in Bazhen decoction high dose group increased significantly(P<0.05),the serum urea nitrogen of mice in Bazhen decoction low,medium and high dose groups decreased significantly,the content of Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-ATPase in liver of mice in Bazhen decoction medium dose group increased significantly(P<0.05). The contents of Mg~(2+)-ATPase,Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-ATPase in liver of mice in Bazhen decoction medium dose group increased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01). The contents of Mg~(2+)-ATPase,Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-ATPase,Na~+-K~+-ATPase in kidneys of mice in medium and high dose groups of Bazhen decoction increased significantly. The results showed Bazhen decoction played an anti-fatigue role by increasing the levels of serum lactate dehydrogenase,liver and kidney ATPase in fatigue mice.
