我国农村社会治安问题的原因分析及治理对策

摘  要：
农村社会治安问题严重影响我国的稳定和发展。分析了我国农村社会治安中存在的主要问题,并从农村基层组织、常住居民、流动人口、专治力量等方面对农村治安问题进行研究,提出了加强法制宣传教育、规范基层组织管理、加强流动人口管理、加强专职治安力量、开展农村自防能力建设、完善基层调解及挽救机制等具体治理对策。

摘  要：
The problems of rural social order seriously influence the stability and development of China.The main problems existed in rural social order were analyzed in terms of rural grass-root organization,permanent residents,migrating population and specialized force.Then,the specific treating measures for the problems were proposed,which were as follows: strengthening legal publicity and education,standardizing management of grass-root organization,strengthening management of migrating population,enhancing full-time security forces,establishing rural self-defense ability and perfecting grass-root mediatory and saving mechanism.
