细胞自噬对造血干细胞的影响研究进展

摘  要:
造血干细胞(HSC)是血液系统中的成体干细胞,具有长期自我更新的能力和分化为各类成熟血细胞的潜能。自噬是进化上保守的分解代谢过程,其中胞质成分(包括细胞器和大分子)被隔离成双膜结构并递送到内体和溶酶体,自噬的有效启动和完成对于细胞健康至关重要。随着年龄的增长,造血干细胞失去了再生血液的能力,会促进疾病的发生。越来越多的研究发现,自噬对于维持造血干细胞的特性及调节其分化过程中发挥着重要作用。论文就近年来自噬与造血干细胞之间关系的研究发现进行回顾。

摘  要:
Hematopoietic stem cells(HSC)are adult stem cells in the blood system,with long-term self-renewal ability and differentiation into the potential of all kinds of mature blood cells.Autophagy is an evolutionarily conserved catabolic process in which cytosolic constituents,including organelles and macromolecules,are sequestered into a double-membrane structure and delivered to the endosome and lysosome,efficient initiation and completion of autophagy is essential for cell health.With age,haematopoietic stem cells lose their ability to regenerate the blood system,and promote disease development.More and more studies have found that autophagy plays an important role in maintaining the characteristics of hematopoietic stem cells and regulating their differentiation.The article reviewed the relationship between autophagy and hematopoietic stem cells in recent years.
