杂交中籼水稻花穗期耐热性品种筛选及鉴定指标评价

摘  要:
以11个杂交中籼水稻为材料,选取高温处理后2d和10d的功能叶,测定CAT、SOD、POD和MDA等与水稻花穗期耐热性密切相关的指标,应用主成分分析法将这些单项指标转化为4个累计贡献率达90.6%的相互独立的综合指标,并应用隶属函数值法,计算出每一个品种花穗期耐热性的综合评价值(D值),并以此为依据将每一个品种划归为不同的耐热等级。筛选出适合安徽省江淮地区种植的2个耐花穗期高温的水稻品种,基本确定了D值作为品种耐热性生理指标鉴定的标准,并初步明确高温处理2d后功能叶的POD值可以作为耐热性鉴定的测定指标。

摘  要:
In this paper,four indexes correlating with heat stress including CAT,SOD,POD and MDA were monitored under heat stress after 2 days and 10 days for 11 hybrid indica rice varieties. Principal component analysis transferred these correlating indexes into 4 independent comprehensive indexes with contribution ratio of accumulative total of more than 90. 6%. According to heat tolerance coefficients and standardization eigenvector of 8respective characters of each variety,4 comprehensive indexes scores of each evaluated variety can be calculated accurately. The D value,the comprehensive evaluation value of each rice varietys heat tolerance at flowering stage could be calculated by using subordinate function value method and different species could be distinguished by using hierarchical cluster analysis according to the D value. The results showed that 2 indica rice varieties of high heat tolerance at flowering stage in the Jianghuai area were screened out,the D value was preliminaryly determined to be the suitable index for evaluating the heat tolerance at flowering stage and the POD value after 2 days heat stress could be the evaluated biochemical index.
