利用中红外光谱MIR预测奶牛饲料效率的研究进展

摘  要:
高饲料效率(FE)的奶牛采食更少的饲料就能满足能量需要,同时释放出更少的甲烷,既能降低饲养成本,又保护了环境,故饲料效率是非常重要的指标,且越来越被人们重视。然而,目前制约饲料效率性状选育的因素是难以准确测定奶牛饲料效率这一重要的表型值。傅里叶变换中红外光谱技术由于其高通量、快速(6s/样品)、低成本、无损耗、无需试剂、能大规模进行分析的特点,被广泛用于牛奶的常规检测,故通过FTIR光谱技术来获取奶牛FE表型值是较有希望的途径,最终期望能将测得的大量的FE表型值用于FE性状的育种值评估,进行FE高的奶牛选育。

摘  要:
Dairy cows with high feed efficiency(FE) can forage less intake to meet energy demands and release less methane, which decreases costs and protects environment, so FE is paid more and more attention to. Nonetheless, the most obstacle of breeding of FE trait is to obtain abundant phenotypic values. Fourier transform mid infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) is widely used in routine testing of milk and so forth on a large scale, due to its highthroughout, rapid(6 s per sample), low-cost and non-invasive advantages. Therefore, it is promising that obtain large amounts of FE phenotypic values via FTIR spectroscopy, aiming at evaluating breeding value of FE trait and breeding dairy cows with high FE.
