3种含笑属植物抗寒生理指标的筛选及评价

摘  要:
以多脉含笑(Michelia polyneura)、黄心夜合(Michelia martinii)、平伐含笑(Michelia cavaleriei)3种含笑属植物的3年生平茬苗为试材,通过不同温度(10、5、0、-5、-10、-15℃)处理,测定3种含笑属植物离体叶片的相对电导率,叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、丙二醛、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸的含量,超氧化物歧化酶及过氧化物酶活性8个生理指标,拟合Logistic方程计算其半致死温度,对各指标进行相关性分析;并对3种含笑属植物的抗寒性进行综合评价及指标筛选。结果表明:3种植物的抗寒能力差异显著,随着温度的降低,叶片的相对电导率呈"S"形曲线上升,通过Logistic方程计算得出其半致死温度分别为多脉含笑(-6.69℃)<黄心夜合(-4.55℃)<平伐含笑(-1.51℃),与综合分析得出结果相一致。通过对8个抗寒指标筛选得出,相对电导率、丙二醛含量和可溶性蛋白含量与3种含笑属植物的抗寒性密切相关。

摘  要:
This article took three-year old Michelia polyneura,Michelia martini and Michelia cavaleriei as materials,measured the relative conductivity,the content of chlorophyll,carotenoid,malondialdehyde,soluble protein and free proline,the activity of superoxide disproportionation enzyme and peroxidase of leaves under different low-temperature conditions( 10,5,0,-5,-10,-15 ℃),calculated the half lethal temperature by Logistic equation,and did the correlation analysis to carry on the comprehensive evaluation of the three kinds of Michelia plants and indexes identification. The results showed that three kinds of Michelia plants had significant difference in cold resistance. The leaf relative electrical conductivity increased as S shape curve with the temperature decreased. The order of half lethal temperature was Michelia polyneura(-6. 69 ℃) < Michelia martini(-4. 55 ℃) < Michelia cavaleriei(-1. 51 ℃),which was consistent with the result of comprehensive analysis. The leaf relative electrical conductivity,malondialdehyde content and soluble protein content were closely related to cold resistance of three kinds of Michlia plants.
