摘 要:
为深入了解多脉含笑和醉香含笑开发利用价值,采用同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)分别提取多脉含笑叶、果实以及醉香含笑的叶和花的挥发油,运用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用法结合计算机检索对其挥发油进行了化学成分分析。多脉含笑的叶和果中共鉴定出34种挥发性化合物,其中叶26种、果22种,醉香含笑的叶和花中鉴定出42种挥发性化合物,叶和花都为27种。多脉含笑的叶和果挥发油的主要成分为α-金合欢烯、β-橄榄烯、香树烯、大根香叶烯B、大根香叶烯D、朱栾倍半萜和β-榄香烯等;醉香含笑叶和花的挥发油主要成分为6,9-十八碳二烯酸甲酯、异长叶烯、橙花叔醇、α-古巴-11-醇、α-金合欢烯、β-橄榄烯、异石竹烯、δ-杜松醇、庚醛和大根香叶烯B等。多脉含笑和醉香含笑挥发油中都富含大量在香料和医药行业有重要用途的高生物活性化合物。

To study the development and use value of Michelia polyneura C.Y.Wu ex Law et Y.F.Wu.and Michelia macclurei Dandy,we extracted the volatile components of Michelia polyneura C.Y.Wu ex Law et Y.F.Wu leaves and fruits,Michelia macclurei Dandy leaves and flowers with SDE,and then analyzed by Gas Chromatography-Mass(GC-MS).34 compounds were identified from Michelia polyneura C.Y.Wu ex Law et Y.F.Wu,including 26 of leaves and 22 of fruits.42 compounds were identified from Michelia macclurei Dandy,both 27 of leaves and flowers.The main constituents of Michelia polyneura C.Y.Wu ex Law et Y.F.Wu were αFarnesene,β-Maaliene,Aromadendrene,Germacrene B,Germacrene D,Valencene and β-elemene.The main constituents of Michelia macclurei Dandy were 6,9-Octadecadiynoic acid,Methyl ester,Isolongifolene,Nerolidol,α-Copaen-11-ol,α-Farnesene,β-Maaliene, Isocaryophyllene,δ-Cadinol,Heptanal and germacrene B.These substantial amounts of biologically active substances have very important application in perfume industry and medicine.
