压力罐一次消解、原子荧光法同步测定甘蔗汁中砷和汞含量

摘  要：
在甘蔗汁中加入硝酸和过氧化氢使用压力罐一次消解、原子荧光光度计同时测定砷和汞含量,本方法汞的检测结果回收率达到88.50%~93.90%,砷的回收率达100.35%~107.80%。利用此方法检测甘蔗汁中汞和砷含量准确可靠,且该方法节约时间,降低对工作人员健康伤害和空气污染。

摘  要：
Simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in sugarcane juice by pressure tank digesting and atomic fluorescence spectrometry with putting nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide was conducted. The results showed that, the recovery of mercury was 88.85%-93.90%, and the recovery of arsenic was 100.35%-107.80%. The method saves time and reduces damage to the worker, meanwhile, makes less air pollution.
