灭多威在棉田中的残留分析与检测方法

摘  要:
为了解灭多威施用后在棉田中的残留降解行为,全面准确评价灭多威的生态环境安全性,指导其科学合理施用,通过添加回收率实验,建立了灭多威的残留分析与检测方法。结果表明:当施用浓度为0.1~5.0mg/kg时,灭多威在棉田土壤、棉叶和棉籽样品中的平均回收率为96.6%、91.2%、93.8%,变异系数为3.61%、3.34%、3.26%。该方法最小检出量为1.0×10-9、5.0×10-10和2.0×10-10g,最小检出浓度为0.02、0.01和0.02mg/kg。这表明灭多威残留分析与检测方法完全符合农药残留量分析与检测的技术要求,可在生产实际中推广应用。

摘  要:
In order to find out the residual degradation of Methomyl after applied in cotton field, completely and correctly evaluate the bio-environmental safety of Methomyl, and guide how to use it in scientific and rational way, the analysis and determination methods of residual Methomyl was established by fortified recoveries experiment. The results showed that when applied concentration was 0.1~5.0 mg/kg, the average recovery rate of Methomyl in cotton soil, cotton leaves and cotton seed samples was 96.6%, 91.2% and 93.8% respectively; the variation coefficient of which was 3.61%, 3.34% and 3.26% respectively; the minimum detectable quantity of which was 1.0×10-9, 5.0×10-10 and 2.0 ×10-10 g respectively; the minimum detectable concentration of which was 0.02, 0.01 and 0.02 mg/kg respectively. The research indicated that the analysis and determination methods of residual Methomyl were absolutely reached the technical requirement of analysis and determination of pesticide residues, and it could be applied in the agriculture production.
