配合饲料添加赖氨酸对菲牛蛭生长及水蛭素活性的影响

摘  要:
探明赖氨酸对菲牛蛭生长及水蛭素活性的影响,为规模化养殖菲牛蛭提供技术参考,在配合饲料中添加不同浓度的赖氨酸对菲牛蛭进行为期37d的饲养,测定和统计菲牛蛭的生长情况及水蛭素活性。结果表明:配合饲料中添加0.7~2.1g/kg赖氨酸后菲牛蛭的特定生长率为0.77~0.82,增重率为29.76%~32.12%,水蛭素活性为280.52~285.52U/g,均显著高于不添加赖氨酸处理,其特定生长率和增重率均显著低于血液处理,水蛭素活性与血液处理无显著性差异,且略高于血液处理。添加赖氨酸浓度为1.4g/kg时,菲牛蛭的特定生长率、增重率和水蛭素活性最高,分别为0.82、32.12%和(285.52±5.68)U/g。

摘  要:
The growth and hirudin activity of Poecilobdella manillensis fed with the compound feeds adding different lysine concentrations for 37 dwere measured to provide the technical basis for large scale culture of P.manillensis by studying the effects of lysine on growth and hirudin activity of P.manillensis.Result:The special growth rate,weight gain rate and hirudin activity of P.manillensis fed with the compound feed adding 0.7~2.1 g/kg lysine are 0.77~0.82,29.76%~32.12%and 280.52~285.52 U/g respectively,higher than the treatment without adding lysine.The special growth rate and weight gain rate of P.manillensis fed with the compound feed adding 0.7~2.1 g/kg lysine is lower than the blood treatment significantly but the hirudin activity is no significant difference with the blood treatment.The special growth rate,weight gain rate and hirudin activity of P.manillensis fed with the compound feed adding 1.4 g/kg lysine can reach 0.82,32.12% and(285.52±5.68)U/g respectively.
