水田高地隙喷杆喷雾机的设计与试验研究

摘  要:
为了解决水田喷杆喷雾机的通过性差、底盘质量大和喷雾不均匀等问题,对水田喷杆喷雾机进行了整机设计,研制出质量轻、操作灵活、喷雾均匀性好的水田高地隙喷杆喷雾机。静态试验结果表明:喷杆喷头压力在0.3 MPa时,可进行300 L/hm2的喷雾作业且喷头在0.5m高度下,喷雾均匀性最好。田间试验表明:当发动机挡位在Ⅱ挡,喷雾机行走速度为0.8m/s时,雾滴在试验纸上的沉积密度最大,防治效果得到了提高。

摘  要:
In order to solve the problem of poor walking performance,heavy chassis,uneven spraying of rice boom sprayer.The article will design entire rice boom sprayer,develop a light weight,flexible operation,good spraying uniformity of rice boom sprayer.Static experiment showed: when the nozzle pressure was 0.3MPa,droplet quantity could be 300L/hm2;when the nozzle height was 0.5m,the spraying uniformity was best.The field experiment showed that: when engine stalls was the second stall,the driving speed of sprayer was 0.8m/s,the droplets on the test strips had the largest deposition density,it largely increased prevention effect.
