残杀威原药及其微乳剂的气相色谱分析

摘  要:
采用气相色谱法,5%SE-30毛细管柱和氢火焰离子化检测器,以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标,进样口和检测器温度均为280℃,柱温为260℃,对残杀威原药及微乳剂进行定量测定。该方法简单、快速、准确、适用。标准偏差为0.84%,变异系数为0.91%,回收率为99%-102%之间。

摘  要:
Quantitative determination of propoxur technical and a propoxur microemulsion formulation was conducted using gas chromatography with a 5% SE-30 capillary column, flame-ionization detection, and dibutylphthalate as the internal standard. Temperature of the injection port and detector was 280 ℃ and column temperature was 260 ℃.?This method is simple, rapid, accurate, and practical. Standard deviation, coefficient of variation, and recovery were 0.84,0.91, and 99 to 102%, respectively.
