黄金鲈鱼的一种ZP基因的电子克隆与鉴定分析

摘要：

[目的]克隆分析黄金鲈鱼的一种ZP基因。[方法]利用生物信息学手段克隆了黄金鲈鱼的一种ZP基因的全长cDNA序列,并对其序列进行了分析。[结果]该cDNA序列包含1 653 bp的开放阅读框,编码550个氨基酸。氨基酸序列同源性分析和进化分析表明,黄金鲈鱼的ZP蛋白与半滑舌鳎ZP3b和青鳉ZPC5具有较高的同源性。[结论]所获得的黄金鲈鱼的ZP基因属于ZP3类型。

摘要：

[Objective] One ZP gene of yellow perch was cloned and analyzed.[Method] The ZP gene of yellow perch was obtained and analysed by bioinformatics method.[Result] The sequence of the gene contained 1 653 bp open reading frame(ORF) and encoded 550 amino acids.Alignment analysis and molecular evolution analysis showed that the ZP protein was much similar with ZP3b of half-smooth tongue sole and ZPC5 of medaka.[Conclusion] The ZP gene of yellow perch belongs to the type of ZP3.
