青鳉的一种PABP基因电子克隆及其鉴定

摘要：

[目的]克隆分析青鳉的一种PABP基因。[方法]利用生物信息学手段克隆了青鳉的一种PABP基因的全长cDNA序列,并对其序列进行了分析。[结果]该cDNA序列包含780 bp的开放阅读框,编码259个氨基酸。氨基酸序列同源性和进化的分析表明,青鳉的PABP蛋白与半滑舌鳎ePABP2具有较高的同源性。[结论]所获得的青鳉的PABP基因与其他物种的ePABP2基因同源。

摘要：

[Objective] The study aimed to clone and analyze one PABP gene of Oryzias latipes.[Method] The PABP gene of Oryzias latipes was obtained and analysed by bioinformatics method.[Result] The sequence of the gene contained 780 bp open reading frame(ORF) and encoded 259 amino acids.The analysis of alignment and molecular evolution showed that the PABP protein was much similar with ePABP2 of half-smooth tongue sole.[Conclusion] The PABP gene of Oryzias latipes was homologous with the ePABP2 gene of other species.
