摘  要:
Through the description of the structure of Anthocyanidin,demonstration of its physiological function combined with the Dark tea's function,this article studied the manufacture of quality Dark tea by selecting red purple tea leaves with rich Anthocyanidin content.Also the marketing prospect of this kind of Dark tea from quality,function and prodcucts was reviewed.
