随着市场经济的深入发展,科技期刊亦日渐受到科技期刊界的重视。期刊开展了广告经营业务。本文中结合《畜牧与兽医》广告经营工作的实践,介绍了打造期刊自身品牌,加大宣传力度,提高发行量,提高广告从业人员专业素质和技能加强管理,引进激励机制的经验体会。
