摘 要：
The sci-tech periodicals provide a platform for exchange, promotion and publicity for the research and production of plateau characteristic agriculture in Yunnan. The academic evaluation of the research achievements of plateau characteristic agricultural is the potential driving force to promote the technology, and can effectively promote the economic and social development of plateau characteristic agriculture in Yunnan. As a window of the strategy of developing the country through science and education in Yunnan, the development of sci-tech periodicals is a long and arduous task in the process of implementing the scientific development concept of the Communist Party of China and strengthening economic development, and play an extremely important role in the economic and social development of agriculture with plateau characteristics. The editors of sci-tech periodicals promote the innovation of agricultural technology with plateau characteristics; sci-tech periodicals serve the agricultural technician and the development of agricultural industry with plateau characteristics in Yunnan. It is necessary to give full play to the advantages of sci-tech periodicals of agriculture, forestry and related industries in Yunnan, and make precise positioning.
