小香鸡生长性能及屠宰性能测定

摘  要:
为了了解小香鸡的生长及屠宰性能,选用111只小香鸡进行了生长和屠宰性能测定。结果表明:小香鸡在0日龄时,公鸡与母鸡之间的体重差异不显著(P>0.05),1周龄后差异达极显著水平(P<0.01)。20周龄时公鸡体重为1 592.23 g、母鸡为1 243.39 g,比在农村放养条件下180日龄时的体重公鸡893.4 g、母鸡849.6 g分别提高了699.19 g、393.79 g。26周龄时公鸡平均活重为1.77 kg,比母鸡重0.52 kg,增加41.6%。母鸡的屠宰率、腹脂率分别比公鸡高2.24、3.98百分点,公鸡的半净膛率、全净膛率、腿肌率分别比母鸡高6.94、4.25、8.3百分点。经t检验,公母鸡间腹脂重和胸肌率差异不显著(P>0.05),其余指标差异均达极显著水平(P<0.01)。

摘  要:
111 Xiaoxiang chicken were selected to measure and study the growth and slaughter performance.Results showed that body weight of Xiaoxiang chicken roosters and the hens with 1-week-old was significant difference(P<0.01),while no difference at 0 day age(P>0.05).Body weight of rooster and hen in 20 weeks age were 1592.23g,and 1243.39g,respectively,increased 699.19g and 393.79g,compared with 893.4g and 849.6g of rooster and hens with 180 day age free ranged in rural areas.Average live weight of roosters was 1.77kg,which 0.52g and 41.6% higher than hens.Slaughter rate and abdominal fat rate of hens were 2.24% and 3.98% higher than roosters,respectively.Net rate of the semi-cock bore,full bore,and net rate of leg muscle of roosters were 6.94%,4.25%,and 8.3% higher than hens,respectively.Result of t test showed that there was no significance in abdominal fat weight and breast muscle in roosters,while the other indices had significant difference(P<0.01).
