黔东南小香鸡不同产蛋期蛋品质研究

摘  要:
为分析黔东南小香鸡不同产蛋期种蛋质量变化情况,随机选取3个产蛋期(产蛋初期、产蛋中期和产蛋后期)的鸡蛋各30枚,共测定7项常规蛋品质指标。结果:在3个产蛋期内,产蛋中期和产蛋后期蛋重均极显著高于产蛋初期(P<0.01);蛋形指数和蛋壳厚度在3个时期无明显差异(P>0.05);哈氏单位随产蛋日龄的增长而降低,产蛋初期的哈氏单位显著高于其他时期;蛋黄色泽和蛋黄比例随日龄的增加而逐渐增高。结果表明:在产蛋初期、产蛋中期和产蛋后期,蛋壳厚度和蛋重均呈负相关,差异显著(P<0.05);蛋黄颜色和蛋形指数呈正相关,差异极显著(P<0.01);哈氏单位和蛋黄颜色呈负相关,差异极显著(P<0.01)。总体而言,黔东南小香鸡有较好的蛋品质,蛋黄色泽鲜艳,蛋壳质量好,蛋形整齐,有良好的运输性和保鲜性等,但蛋重较轻,在今后的选育中,可以作为重点改良对象。

摘  要:
For the analysis of local breeds,different period of egg protein quality changes. Randomly selected from the Qiandongnan Xiaoxiang chicken three different period( early egg production,mid- egg production and egg production late) eggs every 30,a total of measuring seven regular egg quality indicators. The results show that the three period of egg production,mid- egg production and egg production at the end of the egg were significantly higher than that of early egg production( P < 0. 01); Egg- shaped index and shell thickness in the three periods have no obvious difference( P > 0.05); Hartz unit increases with the increase of day age of egg production is reduced,and egg production of the early hartz unit is significantly higher than other period; Egg yolk and the egg yolk color ratio gradually increased with the increase of day age. Through the correlation analysis showed that the egg quality: no matter in the early stage of the egg,egg production peak,or in the late of egg production,egg shell thickness and egg weight are negatively correlated,and significant difference( P < 0. 05); Egg yolk color and egg- shaped index were positively correlated,and the difference reached extremely significant level( P < 0. 01); Hartz units and negatively correlated with the egg yolk color,and the differences of extremely significant level( P < 0. 01).In general,In Qiandongnan Xiaoxiang chicken eggs have good quality,yolk colour and lustre bright- coloured,eggshell quality,egg- shaped,good transportation and preservation,etc.,but the smaller,in egg quality genetic improvement in future,can be improved as the key object.
