豫南烟区烟草青枯病菌拮抗内生细菌的筛选及其防病效果初探

摘  要:
为了获得烟草青枯病菌的稳定拮抗内生细菌菌株,从豫南烟区烟草栽培品种中烟100和云烟87的根茎中共分离到208株细菌,利用平板共培养法筛选出9株对烟草青枯病菌具有拮抗效果的菌株。其中菌株Rsa3对烟草青枯病菌的抑菌效果最好,抑菌圈半径达7 mm,且在转移5~6代后仍具有较强的抑制效果。依据16S r DNA序列,将拮抗菌Rsa3鉴定为荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens)。该细菌发酵液对烟草青枯病菌有明显的抑制作用,其作用主要在于菌体本身,在温室盆栽试验中发酵液的防病效果可达79.17%,同时具有促进烟苗根系生长的能力。以上结果表明,拮抗菌Rsa3对烟草青枯病具有较好的抑菌和防病作用,同时对烟苗的根系有明显的促生长效果,具有潜在的应用价值。

摘  要:
In order to obtain stable antagonistic strains of tobacco bacterial wilt,208 strains of bacteria were isolated from tobacco roots and stems of Zhongyan 100 and Yunyan 87 in southern Henan province,and nine strains with antagonistic effect on Ralstonia solanacearum were screened using the method of plate confrontation.Among them,strain Rsa3 had a strongest antibacterial activity to Ralstonia solanacearum.The radius of inhibition zone reached 7 mm and the inhibitory effect was still strong after 5—6 generations.The antagonistic bacterium strain Rsa3 was identified as Pseudomonas fluorescens according to the 16 S r DNA sequence.The fermented liquid of Rsa3 could obviously inhibit Ralstonia solanacearum and the function mainly lay in the bacterium itself.The disease control effect of fermented liquid reached79.17% in the greenhouse pot experiment.Simultaneously,it also had the ability to promote the root growth of tobacco seedlings.The above results indicate that the antagonistic bacterium Rsa3 has good antibacterial and antidisease effects on tobacco bacterial wilt,and has obvious growth promoting effect on the root system of tobacco seedlings,showing potential application value.
