摘  要:
葡多酚是一类广泛存在于红葡萄果皮和种籽中的植物多酚类化合物。越来越多的研究表明,这类化合物具有抗氧化、抗病毒、抗炎症、抗癌、调节心血管系统以及预防老年痴呆等多种生物学功能,在医学、食品及化妆品等领域具有广泛应用前景。文章就葡多酚的生物学功能进行了综述,并对其在畜牧业中的应用前景进行了展望。

摘  要:
Polyphenols are abundant in red grapes and in their derived products and have been widely used in food industry and healthy area. The growing evidences demonstrated that these compounds possessed the ability of antioxidant,antiviral,anti-inflammation,and were closely associated with the prevention of cancer and cardiovascular system diseases. The present review summarized the well-established role of grape polyphenol,and also discussed their current usage in the husbandry industry.
