不同家禽红细胞悬液检测水禽禽流感抗体对比试验

摘  要：
用同种水禽红细胞及水禽血清经处理后用鸡红细胞检测水禽禽流感抗体,试验结果表明:用鸡的红细胞来检测鹅、鸭的禽流感免疫抗体,比用同种水禽红细胞检测的抗体滴度平均低(2～4)Log2,如果禽流感免疫抗体低于4Log2时,用鸡红细胞基本检测不到HI抗体。而用同种水禽红细胞对水禽禽流感抗体进行检测,可完全消除非特异性凝集因子对水禽流感抗体检测的影响。

摘  要：
The antibodies against avian flu were detected respectively with the erythrocytes from the same kinds of waterfowl and the chicken erythrocytes treated with waterfowl serum.The results showed that the level of antibodies against avian flu in geese and ducks detected with chicken erythrocytes were(2～4)Log2 lower than that detected with goose erythrocytes or duck erythrocytes.When the avian flu antibodies were lower than 4 Log2,the antibodies were not detected with chicken erythrocytes by HI test.To detect the avian flu antibodies with waterfowl erythrocytes in the same kind of waterfowl may completely eliminate the impact of non-specific agglutination factor on detection.
