进风量对锤片式粉碎机效率的影响

摘  要:
通过对大量试验数据的分析,得出锤片式粉碎机进风量对穿过筛孔气流速度分布的影响;空载进风量与负载实际进风量的关系;进风量和进料量与度电产量的关系及数学模型;进料量和进风量对堵塞边界的影响等结果。总结出进风量和进料量的合理选择范围并推荐了气料浓度比、配套动力系数、物料通过量系数和气流阻力等粉碎机设计参数。

摘  要:
On the basis of analyses on large amount of test data, the following results are obtained: the influence of air intake volume to the velocity distribution of air flow passing through the screen openings of hammer mill, the relation between no-load air intake volume and practical air intake volume, the relation of air intake volume and feeding rate with the production per kW-hr. electricity, and the influence of feeding rate and air intake volume to the blockage boundary, etc.The rational selection of the range of air intake volume and feeding rate is summarized, and the design parameters such as the air-feed concentration ratio, the matching power coefficient, the coefficient of feed passing through rate, and the air flow resistance of hammer mill etc. are recommended.(QK——no-load air intake volume; Qs——practical air intake volume; G——the feeding rate; q——the production per kW-hr. electricity)
