粉碎机分离装置气-固两相流研究一基于FLUENT

摘  要:
针对传统饲料粉碎机存在分离效率低的问题,提出了一种可实现单机上循环粉碎的新型物料分离原理的饲料粉碎机,该结构有效地破坏了环流层的影响。基于有限元思想,利用FLUENT软件对粉碎机分离装置内的气-固两相流场进行了数值模拟,获得了影响分离效率的重要因数,对物料分离效率及其影响因素的关系进行了分析。模拟分析与试验研究取得了较为一致的结果,为该粉碎机的设计及研究提供了一定理论根据。

摘  要:
The Lower sieving efficiency is one of the main problems for the traditional feed hammer mill, a new material sieving theory was developed on a feed hammer mill, in which material can be milled circularly and there is no material -circulation-layer effect. Based on the finite element method, The simulation on air-solid two phase flow in sieving setup of the new-model feed hammer mill was performed using software FLUENT, and the relationship of the material-sie- ving efficiency and the factors were analyzed, Then the simulated results were compared with that obtained by the tests to validate the results of the numerical simulation. The study is provided a theoretical basis for the further design and research.
