土壤重金属污染复合效应对小白菜生长及重金属累积的影响

摘  要:
采用小白菜盆栽试验,研究了植物对土壤中重金属Cd、Pb、Cu的吸收效应。结果表明,元素间的复合效应对小白菜生长的影响不同于单元素污染。与单元素污染相比,复合污染处理小白菜地上部分长度下降1~6cm,产量下降4%~35%。Cd+Cu,Cd+Pb和Pb+Cu复合污染条件下,小白菜在不同重金属处理下分别存在着协同效应和拮抗效应。试验结果显示,Cd比Pb、Cu易向地上部分迁移,Pb元素大部分累积于小白菜根部,小白菜地上部分对几种重金属的吸收系数大小顺序为Cd>Cu>Pb。

摘  要:
Pakchoi was tested with a pot experiment to assess absorption by the plant from soil contaminated by heavy metals including Cd,Pb,and Cu,either separately or in binary metal combinations.The results showed that the complex function of the elements in the soil influenced the growth of pakchoi.It was discovered that the height of pakchoi decreased by 1~6 cm,while yields decreased 4%~35% in the test.Binary metal combinations of Cd+Cu,Cd+Pb,and Pb+Cu produced two types of interactions;synergistic and antagonistic responses.Cd was more mobile than either Pb,or Cu and migrated upwards easily,while Pb prone to accumulate in the root of the plant.The absorption coefficient of test metals in pakchoi edible parts was in an order: Cd>Cu>Pb.
