摘 要:
为研究复合乳酸杆菌制剂对蛋种鸡产蛋性能、免疫机能和盲肠微生物区系的影响,试验选用170日龄蛋种鸡288只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中分别添加0.05%、0.10%和0.20%复合乳酸杆菌制剂的试验饲粮。试验期30 d。结果表明:1)各组蛋种鸡平均日采食量、平均蛋重和料蛋比均差异不显著(P>0.05);饲粮添加复合乳酸杆菌制剂可显著影响蛋种鸡的产蛋率(P<0.05),其中0.05%乳酸杆菌添加组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2)饲粮添加复合乳酸杆菌制剂显著提高了蛋种鸡对粗蛋白质的表观消化率(P<0.05),但对钙和磷的表观消化率无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)饲粮添加0.05%复合乳酸杆菌制剂显著提高了蛋种鸡的禽流感抗体效价(P<0.05),添加0.05%、0.10%和0.20%复合乳酸杆菌制剂均显著降低了盲肠大肠杆菌和产气荚膜梭菌的数量(P<0.05),显著提高了盲肠双歧杆菌和乳酸菌数量(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加复合乳酸杆菌制剂对蛋种鸡的产蛋性能、营养物质消化率、免疫机能都有一定提高作用,并改善了肠道微生物区系,其适宜添加水平为0.05%。

摘 要:
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of compound Lactobacillus proparation on laying performance,immune function and cecal microflora of laying breeders.Two hundred and eighty-eight 170-day-old laying breeders were selected and divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 12 laying breeders in each replicate.The breeders in control group were fed a basal diet,and those in test groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.05%,0.10% and 0.20% compound Lactobacillus preparation,respectively.The experiment lasted for 30 days.The results showed as follows: 1) there were no significant differences in average daily feed intake,average egg weight and feed/egg among all the groups(P>0.05).While the effect of compound Lactobacillus preparation on laying rate was significant,and laying rate of 0.05% supplemental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).2) The addition of compound Lactobacillus preparation could significantly increase the apparent digestibility of crude protein(P<0.05),but there were no significant effects on the apparent digestibility of calcium and phosphorus(P>0.05).3) The supplementation of 0.05% compound Lactobacillus preparation could significantly increase bird flu antibody titer(P<0.05).The supplementation of 0.05%,0.10% and 0.20% compound Lactobacillus could significantly decrease the number of Escherichia coli and Clostridium perfringens(P<0.05),and significantly increase the number of Bifidobacterium and lactic acid bacteria in caecum(P<0.05).In conclusion,the supplementation of compound Lactobacillus preparation can improve laying performance,nutrient digestibility,immune function and cecal microflora of laying breeders.The suitable supplemental level of compound Lactobacillus preparation in laying breeders is 0.05%.
