复合乳酸菌制剂对蛋种鸡育雏期生长性能、免疫机能和盲肠微生物的影响

摘  要:
为研究复合乳酸菌制剂对蛋种鸡育雏期生长性能、免疫机能和盲肠微生物的影响,试验用1日龄海兰褐蛋种鸡288只,随机分为4个处理,每处理6个重复,每个重复12只。对照组不添加复合乳酸菌,试验组分别在饲粮中添加0.05%、0.1%、0.2%复合乳酸菌制剂。试验期30 d。结果表明:日粮中添加适宜的复合乳酸菌制剂可以提高日增重,显著降低料重比,复合乳酸菌的添加量为0.1%;日粮添加复合乳酸菌制剂后,试验各组对粗蛋白质的表观消化率都显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但对钙、磷的表观消化率未呈现显著性差异(P>0.05);日粮中添加0.05%、0.1%复合乳酸菌使禽流感病毒和新城疫病毒抗体效价有所提高;日粮中添加复合乳酸菌制剂可显著降低了盲肠大肠杆菌和产气荚膜梭菌的数量(P<0.05),显著提高了盲肠乳酸菌和双歧杆菌的数量(P<0.05)。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of compound Lactobacillus preparation on laying performance,immune function and cecal microflora of layer breeders at brooding period. Two hundred and eighty-eight 1-day-age layer breeders were selected and divided into four groups with six replicates per group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.05%,0.10% and 0.20% compound Lactobacillus preparation respectively. The experiment lasted for 30 days. The results showed that supplementation of Lactobacillus preparation could increase daily gain and reduce feed conversion ratio. The suitable supplementtion level of compound Lactobacillus preparation was 0.1%. Supplementation of Lactobacillus preparation could significantly increase the apparent digestibility of crude protein (P<0.05),but there were no significant effects on the apparent digestibility of calcium and phosphorus(P>0.05);Supplementation of 0.05% and 0.1% compound Lactobacillus preparation could increase antibody titers against avian influenza virus and Newcastle disease virus.The supplementation of compound Lactobacillus preparation cound decrease the number of Escherichia coli and Clostridium perfringens(P<0.05),and significantly increase the number of lactic acid bacteria in caecum and Bifidobacterium(P<0.05).
