浙江省裸大麦地方品种遗传多样性分析

摘  要:
为给保存和开发利用大麦地方品种资源提供参考信息,采用1个Nud基因特异标记和28对SSR标记,以23份浙江省皮大麦地方品种及江苏省的1份裸大麦和1份皮大麦地方品种作为参照,研究了66份浙江省裸大麦地方品种的遗传多样性。结果表明,所有检测的裸大麦地方品种在Nud基因位点都存在17kb的片段缺失,表明浙江省裸大麦地方品种裸粒性状是单一起源的。28对SSR引物共检测到91个等位基因,其中17个等位基因为裸大麦特有,3个等位基因为皮大麦特有。裸大麦的平均等位基因数、有效等位基因数、Shannon指数、Nei’s基因多样性指数和多态性信息含量均高于皮大麦,表明浙江省裸大麦地方品种的遗传多样性比皮大麦地方品种更为丰富。聚类分析将裸大麦和皮大麦分别聚为1大类,表明浙江省裸大麦地方品种和皮大麦地方品种的遗传差异较大,而裸大麦又可分为3小类,但它们与品种地理来源无任何联系。

摘  要:
One marker specific to Nudand 28SSR markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 66hulless barley landraces accessions from Zhejiang province,with 23hulled barley accessions from Zhejiang province,1hulless barley accession and 1hulled barley accession from Jiangsu province being as the references.The results revealed that all hulless landraces were characterized by a 17kb deletion at Nudlocus,indicating the monophyletic origin of these hulless barley landraces.Totally 91alleles were identified among these landraces using 28SSR markers,with 17alleles being specific for hulless barley landraces and 3alleles being specific for hulled barley landraces.Hulless barley landraces had higher average alleles,average effective alleles,Shannon information index(I),Nei's gene diversity index(H)and polymorphism information content(PIC)than hulled barley landraces,indicating that hulless barley landraces had a wider genetic diversity.Cluster analysis showed that hulless and hulled barley landraces could be clustered into independent group,indicating higher genetic difference between these types of barley landraces.The hulless barley group could be further divided into 3subgroups,although there was no close association between accession groups and their geographical origins.
