高度自控式马铃薯联合收获机升运装车装置

摘  要:
针对我国马铃薯收获机在收获作业过程中马铃薯碰伤严重、不利于贮存等问题,利用超声波传感和机、电、液一体化技术实现马铃薯下落高度自动控制,设计了新型高度自控式马铃薯联合收获机升运装车装置。该装置结合我国马铃薯在联合收获时的农艺要求,采用四级折叠升运装车系统,配以超声波传感器,实现了马铃薯下落高度自动控制。在收获过程中,下落高度范围可以利用可编程触摸屏进行设置。此装置可以有效控制马铃薯在下落时的碰伤,为今后马铃薯收获机的研制提供了参考。

摘  要:
Accord to the problems of serious bruise and difficult store during potato harvesting,it designs a kind of new height auto-control lift loading equipment of potato harvester which focuses on mechanical,electrical and hydraulic technique.The equipment is combined with potato harvesting agriculture requirement and adopts four-level folding lift loading system and ultrasonic sensor which realizes potato dropping height auto-controlling and set height by programmable touch screen.The equipment can control bruise when potatoes drop from lift equipment to loading vehicle and provides reference for potato harvester design.
