日粮营养水平及肉粉用量对肉小鸭生长性能的影响

摘  要:
本试验选择7日龄健康天府肉鸭720只,随机分为6个处理,每处理3重复,每重复40只,考察两个日粮营养水平(ME 12.05MJ/kg、CP 19.2%,ME 11.92MJ/kg、CP 18.3%)及3个肉粉用量(0%、2.5%、5%)对肉鸭生长性能的影响。试验鸭自由采食与饮水,试验期在7~14日龄。试验结果表明,当保持日粮赖氨酸及蛋氨酸水平分别在0.85%~0.9%与0.37%~0.4%时,不同能量与蛋白水平对肉鸭生长性能的影响不显著(P>0.05),当保持赖氨酸(0.9%)及蛋氨酸(0.4%)水平一致时,肉粉用量对肉鸭生长性能的影响不显著(P>0.05);但随着日粮中肉粉用量的增加,赖氨酸水平从0.86%降到0.81%时,肉鸭增重有降低的趋势,5%肉粉处理组(赖氨酸0.81%)的增重低于不加肉粉处理组8.3%(赖氨酸0.86%)。

摘  要:
720 young ducks of 7~14-days-old were fed with two nutritional levels(ME 12.09MJ/kg,CP 19.2% vs ME 11.92 MJ/kg,CP 18.3%) and three levels of meat meal(0%,2.5%,5%) in this experiment. Ducks were fed from 7 days to 14 days with free access to feed and water. Results showed that nutritional levels had not significant effect on the growth performance of young ducks in corn-soybean meal diet treatments(P>0.05),levels of meat meal had not significant effect on the growth performance of young ducks when dietary Lysine and Methionine maintained at the levels of 0.85%~0.9% and 0.37%~0.4% respectively.
