云南高原特色农业产业化经营模式研究

摘  要：
选择云南72位来自农村的干部作为调研对象,对包含15个州市下的66个具有高原特色农业区县产业化经营情况进行问卷、访谈调查,采用因子分析法对从属于3大类云南省高原特色农业产业的6种经营模式进行了评价。结果表明:云南"股份制"对产业化经营影响正效应最大;近几年增长态势迅猛的"合作社"模式和"订单农业"对产业化经营影响不显著;传统经营模式对产业化经营影响为负。据此提出,云南高原特色农业产业化发展处于初级阶段,模仿"京沪"、"江浙"等发达地区经营模式的效果欠佳,在选择经营模式时应以信息对等、利益均衡为前提发挥自身优势,并提出了3类适用于发展云南高原特色农业产业化发展的经营模式。

摘  要：
A total of 72 rural cadres in Yunnan Province were selected as the research objects. A questionnaire and interview study was conducted on the management of 66 agricultural areas with plateau characteristics in 15 prefectures and cities. Factor analysis was used to evaluate the 6 management models subordinate to 3 categories of agricultural industry with plateau characteristics in Yunnan Province. The findings indicated that the ′joint-stock system′ has the greatest positive effect on the industrialized operation. The ′cooperative′ mode and ′order agriculture′ with rapid growth in recent years has no significant effect on the industrialized operation. The influence of traditional management on industrialized operation is negative. In view of the above, this paper argues that industrialization of agriculture with plateau characteristic in Yunnan Province is at the initial stage. The effect of imitating the management of Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang is not ideal. In the choice of management model, we should take information equivalence and interest balance as the premise, so as to give full play to our own advantages. Three kinds of management suitable for the development of industrialization of agriculture with plateau characteristic in Yunnan Province are put forward.
