采用SPE-LC方法测定炔苯酰草胺在莴苣和土壤中的残留量

摘  要:
采用固相萃取(SPE)和液相色谱(LC)相结合的方法对炔苯酰草胺在莴苣和土壤中的残留检测条件进行了研究。结果表明,本法采用乙腈提取,经盐析脱水、弗罗里硅土固相萃取小柱净化、浓缩定容后进液相色谱直接检测。方法准确可靠,灵敏度和准确度达到了农药残留检测的要求。炔苯酰草胺标准曲线的线性范围为0.1~10 mg/L,线性相关系数为0.9999,炔苯酰草胺在上述样品中的平均添加回收率(0.05~5 mg/kg)在84.14%~105.51%之间,变异系数最大为4.99%。

摘  要:
The conditions for detecting residues of propyzamide using solid-extraction(SPE)-liquid chromatographic(LC) in lettuce and soil were studied.The residues of propyzamide were extracted with acetonitrile,followed by purification with SPE-Floril,utilizing LC to quantify the extract.The results showed that the recoveries of the method were 84.14%-105.51% with RSD being 1.98%-4.99%,the linear range of working curve were 0.1-10 mg.L-1,and the linear correlation was 0.999 9.The proposed method was fast,easy to perform,and could be utilized for regular monitoring of pesticide residues.
