摘  要：
"Human being","regional environment"," interactivity of people and environment" are the basic premise of the formation of the regional culture.From the start of the cultural formation,regional culture study is undoubtedly a new horizon.A study of Leizhou culture as a kind of regional culture is to study its main body of creation,the successive ethnic groups,the environment of cultural formation as well as the interactive mechanism of the Ethnic groups and the environment.
