生态护坡植物种子萌发需水阈值构建与抗旱性研究

摘  要:
探讨不同水势梯度环境下对于黑麦草、苇状羊茅、批碱草几种草本生态护坡植物的吸水萌发速率的影响。设置4个水势梯度(0、-0.5、-0.8-、1.2 MPa)的边界条件,利用聚乙二醇PEG溶液对植物种子模拟水分胁迫处理,通过20 d的发芽盒培养,统计种子的每天萌发率,拟合试验的水势—时间曲线,计算种子的相对萌发率和种子的萌发需水阈值。结果表明:随着环境水势的降低,3种草本植物的相对发芽率呈显著下降,达到其50%萌发率的时间也相应增加。黑麦草、苇状羊茅、批碱草的需水阈值分别为-1.7907-、1.9660-、2.2146 MPa,抗旱性比较为:批碱草>苇状羊茅>黑麦草。

摘  要:
The effects of different water potential on three herbaceous plants for ecological protection such as Lolium perenne,Festuca arundinacea,Elymus dahuricus seed germination rate were discussed.Through 4 levels of water potential(0,-0.5,-0.8,-1.2 MPa) treating the seeds during their germination for 20 days with boxes and statistics of seeds germination,experiment water potential-time curve was fitted and relative seeds germination and water-requirement threshold were calculated.The results showed that with the decrease of environment water potential,relative seeds germination of three herbaceous plants dropped notably,and the time of reaching 50% germination rate increase relatively.Water-requirement threshold of Lolium perenne,Festuca arundinacea,Elymus dahuricus were-1.7907,-1.9660,-2.2146 MPa,and comparing of drought tolerance:Elymus dahuricus﹥Festuca arundinacea﹥Lolium perenne.
