PID控制器在常压填料塔温控系统中的应用

摘  要:
用 PID控制器对小型常压填料塔进行温度控制,使塔顶的温度保持在 130℃,一线液相出油口温度在 230℃以上。这样就保证塔内各种组分油蒸汽进行分离,使一线液相出油口产出的柴油的闪点得到保证。该装置设计应用结果 :用 PID控制器后与原来进行的手动操作相比,柴油的闪点达到了国家标准。

摘  要:
PID controller is used to control the temperature of small material filling tower under constant pressure ,keeping the temperature of the top of tower at 130℃ and temperature of the first line liquid outlet of oil above 230℃ .So as to ensure that the components of oil steam can be separated and that the vaporization point can be determined. The result shows that comparing to hand operation ,the vaporization point of diesel fuel will be up to our civil standards.
