两相厌氧发酵过程监控系统的设计

摘  要:
厌氧发酵过程是一个复杂的微生物代谢过程,在去除污染物的同时还产生沼气,因此具有较强的实际应用价值。随着发酵工业生产规模的不断扩大,迫切要求对厌氧发酵过程进行实时监控和优化。LabVIEW在发酵过程的在线监测与自动化控制领域已经有了一些成功的应用。本文介绍了一种基于LabVIEW的两相厌氧发酵过程的在线监测与控制系统的设计。详细介绍了在线监控系统的结构和硬件构成,以及各个功能模块实现的关键技术。此系统利用LabVIEW虚拟仪器作为软件开发平台,结合多功能数据采集卡、传感器和各类执行机构,实现了厌氧发酵过程中各参数的采集、处理、存储和自动调控。试验表明:该系统运行稳定、能较好地实现发酵过程的监控与优化。

摘  要:
Anaerobic digestion is a complex process of microbial metabolism.It can eliminate pollutants as well as produce biogas,therefore showing bigger potential for practical application.As the scaling-up of the fermentation industry,here is an urgent request for real time monitoring and optimization of the anaerobic digestion.LabVIEW has succeeded in on-line monitoring and automatic control of anaerobic digestion.In this study,an on-line monitoring and control system for two-phase anaerobic digestion process was developed based on LabVIEW,and its structure and the hardware composition as well as key technologies for the realization of each module were introduced in detail.This system,using LabVIEW virtual instrument as development platform and integrating Multifunctional Data Aquisition Card,sensors and various executive devices,could collect,handle,store and automatically adjust parameters during the anaerobic digestion.Test results showed that this system could run stably and exhibited favorable performance in monitoring and optimizing the process.
