摘 要：
家庭资源禀赋差异与社会福利的发展向度是影响农村老年贫困发生的重要因素。本文将农村老年贫困分解为经济贫困、健康受损与精神孤独三个维度,利用2011年中国老龄健康影响因素跟踪调查(CLHLS)数据,实证分析了家庭资源禀赋、社会福利制度对农村老年贫困的影响,并在此基础上讨论了农村老人经济贫困、健康受损与精神孤独之间的关系。研究表明,家庭收入、子女的资源供给等家庭禀赋因素以及公共养老金、公共医疗服务可及性都会显著影响农村老年贫困的发生。并且,农村老人经济贫困、健康受损与精神孤独三个维度之间也存在很强的正向关系。提高家庭养老保障能力与社会福利项目的福利水平成为防止农村老人陷入贫困状态的政策选择。

摘 要：
Differences between family resources and the development of social welfare are the important factors for rural elderly poverty. In this paper,the problem of the rural elderly poverty has been divided into three parts——economic poverty,health damage and spiritual loneliness. Based on the 2011 Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey( CLHLS),this paper analyzes the effects of wealth of family resources,social welfare system on the rural elderly poverty,and then discusses the relationship among the rural elderly poverty,health damage and spiritual loneliness. The empirical results show that household wealth such as household income,the number of children and supply of their resources,and public pension,as well as accessibility of public health services,will cause the rural elderly poverty significantly. In addition,there is a strong positive relationship among the economic poverty,health damage and spiritual loneliness. To improve the capability of family supporting and the level of social welfare programs is an inevitable policy to prevent the rural elderly into poverty.
