摘  要:
[目的]建立QuEChERS结合气相色谱-串联质谱法(GC-MS)同时测定蔬菜中31种农药残留的分析方法。[方法]经过对比最终确定样品采用QuEChERS前处理方法,以乙腈提取,无水硫酸镁盐包盐析分离,离心之后净化处理,浓缩定容后,采用气相色谱-串联质谱法在多反应监测模式(MRM)下监测分析,基质配制标准溶液,外标法定量。[结果]31种农药在一定含量范围内(1~1 000μg/L)线性关系良好(R~2>0.99),3个添加水平的回收率为77.0%~118.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.02%~9.28%,方法的检出限为0.1~1.0μg/kg,方法的定量限为0.5~5.0μg/kg。[结论]该方法操作简单快速、灵敏度高、准确性好,适合于蔬菜中多种农药残留的检测。

摘  要:
[Objective] To establish an analytical method for the simultaneous determination of 31 pesticide residues in vegetables by QuEChERS combined with gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS).[Method] After comparison, the samples were finally treated with QuEChERS,extracted with acetonitrile, separated by anhydrous magnesium sulfate salting out, purificated after centrifugation, after concentration and dissolution, the compounds were analyzed by GC-MS under multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode, matrix preparation standard solution, external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.[Result]The 31 pesticides had a good linear relationship within a certain content range(1-1 000 μg/L)(R~2>0.99).The recovery rate of the three addition levels was 77.0%-118.0%, the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1.02%-9.28%, the detection limit of the method was 0.1-1.0 μg/kg, and the quantification limit of the method was 0.5-5.0 μg/kg.[Conclusion]The method is simple and fast to operate, has high sensitivity and good accuracy, and is suitable for the detection of multiple pesticide residues in vegetables.
