亚洲小车蝗在不同生境中的群落动态研究

摘  要:
亚洲小车蝗(Oedaleus decorus asiaticus B.Bienko)是内蒙古草原主要的蝗虫危害种,为了研究其在不同生境中的动态规律,在内蒙古锡林郭勒盟镶黄旗,采用野外剪样方和扫网的方法,研究了亚洲小车蝗发生时,不同生境中植物与蝗虫种群结构的变化,并进行了室内食量验证。结果表明,亚洲小车蝗数量同植物盖度呈负相关(R=-0.770 8,P<0.01),同植物生物量呈负相关(R=-0.905 2,P<0.01),草场中蝗虫多样性同植物多样性呈正相关(R=0.588 4,P<0.05);蝗虫总数同植物盖度呈负相关(R=-0.759 3,P<0.01),同植物生物量呈负相关(R=-0.859 7,P<0.01);羊草为优势种的样地中蝗虫数量少于针茅为优势种的样地;室内饲养表明,小车蝗对羊草的消耗量大于针茅(P<0.05);以上结果说明,亚洲小车蝗选择草场时优先选择合适的栖境而不是食料植物。亚洲小车蝗的防治重点应放在适合小车蝗栖息的地点,而不仅是食料植物为主的地区。

摘  要:
Oedaleus decorus asiaticus B.Bienko was the major pest grasshopper in the Inner Mongolia.Its dynamics in different habitats was important for IPM strategy,and therefore we investigated the change in the structures of plants and locust population in different environments when O.decorus asiaticus occurred by cut plots and sweep net in the fields and independent indoor feeding in Xianghuangqi of Inner Mongolia.The results showed that the amount of O.decorus asiaticus were negatively correlated with the coverage of plants(R=-0.7708,P<0.01),and the biomass of plants(R=-0.905 2,P<0.01);the diversity of grasshopper were positively correlated with the diversity of plants(R=0.588 4,P<0.05);the amount of the grasshopper were negatively correlated with the coverage of plants(R=-0.759 3,P<0.01) were negatively correlated with the biomass of plants(R=-0.859 7,P<0.01).The amount of the grasshopper of the plot in which Leymus chinensis was dominant species was less than that in which Stipa krylovii was dominant species;the indoor consumption of L.chinensis was greater than that of S.krylovii(P<0.05).These results suggested that environmental influence on the grasshopper was greater than the plant.The control of O.decorus asiaticus should focus on the habitat that suit the inhabitant but not just the habitat as main food sources.
